Return & Replacement Policy

At Smoky Mountain Wax Melts, we take great care in crafting our products and ensuring they arrive safely. Due to the nature of our wax melts, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to send a replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

   •   If your wax melts arrive damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

   •   Please email us at SmokyMountainWaxMelts@gamil.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

   •   Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

   •   Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for wax melts.

   •   All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
